Housekeeping Supervisor

Responsibilities 

• Plan and monitor staff to ensure compliance with Hotel work SOP in housekeeping department.
• Distribute and delegate works to guarantee ensure guest satisfaction.
• Communicate both verbally and in writing to provide clear direction to housekeeping staff.
• Perform any other job related duties as and when assigned.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of similar working experience in housekeeping department.
• Particular in cleanliness
• Understand Basic English or Bahasa Malaysia
• Computer-literate
