Plan and monitor staff to ensure compliance with Hotel work SOP in housekeeping department.
Distribute and delegate works to guarantee ensure guest satisfaction.
Communicate both verbally and in writing to provide clear direction to housekeeping staff.
Perform any other job related duties as and when assigned.
Requirements
At least 1 year of similar working experience in housekeeping department.
Particular in cleanliness
Understand Basic English or Bahasa Malaysia
Computer-literate
