Key Responsibilities :
1. Assigned supervisor on their duties and explain what is expected
2. Supervise and coordinates the team or activities of the day
3. Able to communicate with relevant department regards to rooms or public area requirement for the day
4. Maintain a clear and efficient communication with relevant department
5. Schedule cleaning program or activities for the rooms and public area
6. Work closely with superior on task schedule of the department
7. Instill self-confident and practice safe work habits with the team member
8. Coordinate with vendors e.g Pest control, laundry services
9. Attend to any guest complaint and gives feedback efficiently
10. Provide support to your superior regards to department operations
11. Recommend to superior on staff promotion or discipline action
12. Any other duties assign by superior
Qualifications & Requirements :
1. SPM or equivalent
2. Self-motivate and confident
3. Positive thinking
4. Have a few years’ experience working as housekeeping supervisor
5. Able to communicate in English
6. Computer literate
7. Knowledge of Microsoft words, excel
8. Able to lead a team
9. Honest and trustworthy
10. Eyes for details and meticulous
