- To prepare room assignment and
schedule for Room Attendants.
- Monitor the daily room status,
discrepancy, arrival, departure, VIP room, stay over and OOO (Out of Order) room
status.
- Carry out room inspection according
to housekeeping Standard Operation Procedures (SOP).
- Conduct training for Housekeeping
Attendant according to hotel SOP.
- Audit room assignment report
complete by the Housekeeping Attendants daily.
- Arrange inventories for linen,
chemicals, guest amenities and supplies.
