Job Description

  • Provides day to day supervision, guidance, support and leadership to all Front Office Personnel.
  • Be responsible for all hotel activities relating to the effective and efficient operation of all departments and where necessary makes decision during the absence of Senior Management.
  • Overlooks and is responsible for the smooth operational aspects of the hotel in terms of guest satisfaction and the best interest of the hotel.
  • Interacts with all level of guests to ensure level of guest satisfaction is achieved.
  • Works closely with all the staff and Managers in Front Office and other Departments as and when required.
  • Must be very well versed in Reception / Cashiering / Concierge / Reservations operations.
  • Provides the Management with a detailed daily log reporting and outlining the hotel activities, situation encountered, complaints, feedback, guest comments and issues that needs attention or for the information of the Management.
  • To perform other duties as delegated from time to time.
