Job Description
The Marketing Communications Officer/Sales and Marketing Officer/Digital Marketing Officer helps the Director in the carrying out of marketing plans to boost hotel brand awareness. He/She broadcasts the property's services and products to all target segments. He/She works closely with all departments for planned events. He/She also works with third party partners. These include the local media. He/She also maintains relationships with local official bodies.
He/She keeps a thorough media and marketing contact management system. He/She also does online and media reports for the senior management. He/She aids the creation of promotional events, marketing channels, and marketing material. Other duties include promoting the property on company and third-party websites. He/She supports events via social media and travel review websites. He/She may also assist on creating content for all social media events.
