To serve the needs of the business, our guests and our colleagues by administering the day-to-day operations of Beverage service areas in the hotel.It will be your responsibility to ensure that the beverage offerings in the outlet are exceptional, and profitable. You will work closely with the restaurant manager to achieve departmental budget goals, accurately forecast business demands, maintain outlet safety and sanitation standards, and produce the manning schedule for the outlet. Additionally you will work with the training manager to identify training needs, and develop and deliver the required training for all of your team members. You will oversee the management of property and facilities, and conduct regular preventative maintenance inspections. The leadership team will look to you to lead by example through a β€˜hands on’ approach to motivate team members to excel.

Qualifications

β€’ College Diploma in Hotel Management or related field
β€’ Previous experience in a Food & Beverage/Restaurant operations leadership role
β€’ Passion for leadership and teamwork
β€’ Eye for detail to achieve operational excellence
β€’ Excellent guest service skills
