- Experienced in 4-star luxury hotel
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Housekeeping Manager level
- Able to work on shift based
- Strong leadership in handling daily Housekeeping operation
- Ensure cleanliness and brand standard are constantly met
- Coordinate with outsource laundry and vendor regard any relevant to Housekeeping.
- Expertise in cleaning items and the usage, meanwhile supplies to staff for respective duties
- Updated the system on real time of room status occupancy and cleaning status
- Strong supervisory in hygiene and standard cleaning field
- Creation of Housekeeping SOP and good in training to the team
- Good eyes on rectify room status issue and immediately solve the problem
- Rectify any inventory count , loss & breakages as scheduled.
- Interview right talent be part of the Housekeeping team.
- Monitor and oversee sufficient manning to run daily room credit operation
- Source for partime when if needed.
- Do department monthly P&L expenses.
- Do departmental annual budget
