Resort Senior Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead our sales team.

The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing the sales team, and achieving revenue targets for the resort. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for the resort.
2. Manage the sales team and provide guidance and leadership to ensure sales targets are met or exceeded
3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including travel agents, corporate clients, and event planners
4. Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities to increase revenue
5. Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients
6. Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients
7. Monitor and analyse sales performance and adjust strategies as needed to ensure targets are met
8. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients
9. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions
