Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Receive, record and transmit guest requests accurately
  • Prepare and distribute various departmental reports
  • Maintain key control and monitor lost properties
  • Maintain work area in proper state of cleanliness
  • Coordinate between Housekeeping Department and other relevant departments
  • Coordinate within the department and assist in daily housekeeping operations and requirements
  • Maintain and update administrative tasks such as staff records, assigning cleaning tasks, linen/laundry records and taking inventories
