Job Description
• Welcome visitors by greeting them in courteous, efficient and polite manner.
• Keeping the hotel are secure, safe and orderly.
• Protect the hotel property, guests, visitors and hotel staff including their belongings from any criminal action.
• Doing patrolling around the hotel area and report any abnormalities observed.
• Familiarize with all emergency procedure and to enforce them when needed.
• Manage in-coming vehicle and direct them to designated parking areas.
• Attend to emergencies and maintain safety and order during such incidents.
