Job Description
- Be familiar with hotel product knowledge and related activities.
- To ensure seamless relationship between clients and other departments
- To assist Director of Sales & Marketing to prepare proposal, contract and banquet event order of clients.
- Liaise with clients and other relevant departments to ensure all arrangement of event is in order and meets the client’s need
- Process sales order, invoicing and general sales administrative work
- To follow up on client’s enquiry and to show prospective clients the facilities of the hotel
- To ensure client’s satisfaction by getting feedback before and after event
- Adhoc duties as and when assigned by the Director of Sales & Marketing.
