F&B Captain is responsible to look after the outlets and performs excellent service sequences correctly at all times to ensure maximum guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Has excellent knowledge in terms of Food and Beverage especially the menu and ongoing promotion in the outlet.
- Interacts with guests on a professional ground to obtain genuine feedback from guests in regards to the food and drink quality of the outlet.
- Anticipates and acts on guests’ needs and special requests promptly and tactfully.
- Has the ability to participate and assists servers in the outlet during a busy moment to ease the sequence of service.
- Monitors the order docket and communicates with the kitchen associates to ensure food is served on a timely basis.
- Ensures to present an accurate final bill to guests and handle payment carefully.
Requirements
- Sound knowledge of working practices in Food and Beverage Department
- Entertaining and friendly personality
- Good interpersonal skill and team-oriented person
- Able to read and communicate in English
- Willing to work on shift rotation
- Must have the right to work in Malaysia
