  • Operate and perform cutting functions such as trimming, deboning, portioning, and processing according to the specifications.
  • To ensure the stock are sufficient to meet the demands/orders.
  • To ensure the meat handling and storage procedures are in compliance to the food safety standards.
  • To ensure the cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen are in compliance with all NEA requirements.
