- Create a hospitable and professional atmosphere in lobby area to ensure total guest satisfaction.
- Be proactive when dealing with guests.
- Have sound knowledge of local areas and be updated about cultural, historical attractions as well as its locations and hours of operation.
- Be able to schedule the concierge and guest service associate as business demands and supervise them during their working time.
- Maintain efficiency in the operation of the associate in a high standard of quality of service and courtesy, bringing total satisfaction to our guests and the hotel.
- Determine the requirements for arrivals, and the follow-up on, special groups or VIPs.
