Located at the heart of the Kuala Lumpur city Centre, Traders Hotel by Shangri-La is looking for a Front Office / Concierge.

As Front Office / Concierge we rely on you:

  • Perform check-in and check-out efficiently, and ensure guests’ satisfaction.
  • Ensure all interactions with guests are handled professionally and with care adhering to hotel policies and procedures.
  • To perform all duties according to Quality Standards and Core Practices.
  • Update hotel status, future availability and occupancy forecast.
  • Cross-check room blocking for early arrivals and coordinate amendments with Housekeeping.
  • Check and ensures the accuracy of all financial transactions handled and/or endorsed to the Front Desk.
  • To familiarize with the hotel activities and related facts.

Job Requirement:

  • Proficient in oral and written English and Malay.
  • Minimum of 1 year as guest service personnel in a service industry.
  • Pleasant, effective social skills, and versatile.
  • Willing to work in shift.
  • Due to work permit restrictions, only citizens of Malaysia and Permanent Residents of Malaysia shall be considered.
