Job Description

  1. Stamp date receive on all invoices and attach with relevant documents namely purchase order, delivery order, capital purchase requisition form for all items and service report for service work done
  2. Sort all the sub-contractor invoices, according to alpha numerical order
  3. Record all general ledger accounts on the invoices and compile into batches and input into computer system
  4. Print out the creditor listing for Finance Control Executive to check to ensure accounts code posted
  5. Update invoices posted to general ledger and print audit trial report and file according to the month
  6. Sort out payment voucher and file according to payment number and key into the computer system
  7. Update cash book manually according to the cheque number
  8. Print out payment edit listing for Finance Control Executive to check and to update to general ledger followed by audit trial print out
  9. To print other and trade creditors monthly aeging reports
  10. To reconcile other and trade creditor statement against the monthly aeging report, any variance to call the creditors and made amendment
  11. To perform any other additional duties assign by the Management from time to time
