Standard Duties & Responsibilities
- To undertake patrolling of Hotel Premises (Car park, floor and public area) as and when required
- Record on late comers and absentees
- Assisting Senior Security Officer to do their daily duties
- To attend daily departments briefing
- To secure the Front Office Entrance and to assist Front Office Department in handling guest needs.
- The Security assigned to the Command Center shall be responsible for punch card and key issuance
- “No. 1 to no. 6 remains as usual for all Security Guards and changes of job description will be notified from time to time
- Any guest or staff complaints related to incident shall be channeled to the CSO
- Assist Front Office Department to perform of the bellman
- To perform any additional duties and responsibilities from Management from time to time
