1. Greet and welcome and hotel guests. Offer luggage assistance.
2. Assist and ensure all arriving and departing guests luggage is promptly attended to. In cases where the guests leave their luggage, ensure they are tagged and taken care of accordingly.
3. Deliver all guests correspondence to the rooms as well as correspondence to all other department.
4. Assist in monitoring the smooth flow of vehicle traffic at the Hotel entrance to avoid congestion.
5. Possess excellent product knowledge on all Hotel facilities and services e.g room rate, restaurant operation hour, recreation activities etc. Able to disseminate correct information at all time.
