Key Responsibility
1. Assist the Maintenance Manager with the planning and implement the duties activities task for Maintenance Department
2. Assist the Maintenance in discharging his responsibilities and duties upon his absence.
3. Ensures that the Policies and Procedures of the hotel are followed.
4. Responsible for the completion of all maintenance work order or work request as assigned.
5. Maintain inventory controls for coast effective operations.
6. assist in monitoring all work being performed by outside contractors which required by the management.
7. Monitor and maintain all building systems as assigned
8. To do daily inspection of the hotel premises, equipment and building. This is to ensure the safety of the hotel, employees and guests.
9. To check first aid box at least once a month and to refill / replenish items.
10. To conduct spot check of staff in / out from the hotel time to time.
