- To greet all guest in service oriented manner
- Maintain positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationship
- Meet and greet all guests and assist with their registrations
- Be familiar with the hotel's products, services and policies
- Ensure all complaints and requests are immediately resolved and follow through with relevant department.
