  1. Manage day to day operations of the Front Office
  2. Plan and implement effective upselling activities to support the maximum room revenue
  3. Liaise closely with other relevant department about servicing and handling of incoming groups 
  4. Review expected arrival rooms to ensure that rooms are arranged as per the preference of each guests and amenities placed prior to guest arrival
  5. Maintain knowledge of credit policies and procedures and liaise closely with the Finance department to ensure that the credit procedures are properly carried out from the Front Office.
  6. Ensure all services offered by the Front Office are always available and carried out with utmost efficiency and courtesy to effectively handle and resolve any guest problems.
