Job Description


- Responsible to assist General Manager in all Branch Admin related matters.
- Responsible for branch Security, Procurement Logistic, Office Admin, HR, IT, QA, Asset, Corporate Affairs, Finance & Accounts functions and to coordinate with relevant internal and external parties.
- Responsible to assist the General Manager liaise and coordinate Company matters / events with relevant bodies and providers / suppliers. This will include but is not limited to government bodies / authorities, accommodation / transportation / attraction / foods and beverage providers, retailers, airlines, tour agents and any related tours and travel initiatives.
- Responsible to assist the General Manager to Plan, Organize and Lead the overall Admin operations of JSK Mantanani Island to achieve MD’s mission and vision.
- Responsible to assist the General Manager to ensure that all JSK Mantanani Admin operation activities are performed in the most effective and efficient manner. Sets targets for the team members and provide the necessary coaching to further optimize performance.
- Responsible for the process improvement and enhancement of the Company’s JSK Mantanani Admin operations.
- Responsible for ensuring that all standards established are adhered to.


- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Finance/Accountancy/Banking/Business Studies/Administration/Management, Protective Services & Management or equivalent.
- 3 years’ experience in a similar capacity & handling the full scope of factory administrative functions.
- Must be able to communicate (read and write) in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Knowledge of Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and be computer literate.
- Exposure to human resources, IT, admin, purchasing, and ISO functions is a prerequisite for the position.
- Must be experienced in various government licensing / permit requirements.
