Job Description
- To assist in the smooth and efficient operation of the spa.
- To perform opening and closing procedures established for Spa Centre as assigned.
- To be able to explain and recommend all treatments on the spa packages to guests and providing suitable recommendations as needed.
- Must impart correct information & advise to the guest on the various treatment packages.
- To perform professional massage service to guests as and when required.
- To communicate with guests during treatment to adjust massage techniques as required.
- Must be able to advise the guest on the benefits of the treatments.
- Maintaining detailed records of treatments performed on each spa guest.
- To do cleaning and sanitizing work areas, change linens after every treatment and reset the room for next treatment. Ensure treatment room and products are cleaned and tidy after each treatment.
- Ensuring that the spa is adequately stocked with spa supplies, reduce spoilage and wastage.
