Job Description
- Ensure that the kitchen and all surfaces are kept clean and all utensils are clean and in their appropriate place.
- Refuse or garbage is securely bagged and recyclable materials correctly separated.
- Ensure all equipments such as dishwashing machine is clean and in good working order
- Set up stations and chafing dishes according to Chef’s instruction for buffet line
- Dispose of all broken items in the proper area
