Job Description

Responsible for overall food and beverage operations, which includes all outlets, beverage and room service. Oversees guest satisfaction, maintaining standards and meeting or exceeding financial goals. Demonstrates knowledge and proficiency of all applicable food and beverage laws and regulations. Develops and implements business plan for food and beverage.

 

Job Requirements & Descriptions: 

•  Proven minimum 2-3 experience in a similar role or proven more than 5 years   experience in related field

•  Excellent organizational and problem-solving solving skills.

•  Good communication skills required to ensure seamless communication with

  other departments. 

•  Strong interpersonal skills, time management, and organizational skills.
