The F&B Reservation Agent is responsible for handling restaurant reservations efficiently and professionally while delivering excellent guest service. This role ensures accurate booking management, effective communication with outlets, and a smooth dining experience for all guests.
Handle all restaurant reservations via phone, email, WhatsApp, and reservation systems
Provide accurate information on restaurant concepts, menus, operating hours, promotions, and special events
Record and update reservations accurately in the system
Coordinate closely with restaurant managers and service teams to ensure smooth seating arrangements
Handle special requests (birthday, anniversary, dietary requirements, VIP guests, etc.)
Manage walk-in inquiries and waiting lists professionally
Follow up on confirmations, cancellations, and no-shows
Maintain guest profiles and preferences for future visits
Handle guest feedback or complaints politely and escalate when necessary
Ensure all communication reflects hotel brand standards
Support F&B administrative tasks when required
Diploma or Certificate in Hospitality / Tourism / F&B Management preferred
Previous experience in hotel F&B, reservations, or customer service is an advantage
Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage)
Strong telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills
Familiar with reservation systems
Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
