Check duty roster for staff on-duty, checks overall attendance.
Assigns PA Cleaner and allocates rooms that need cleaning to maids and condo maids.
Dispatches floor master keys to staff concerned.
Checks occupied and checked-out rooms occasionally and vacant room every morning.
Report maintenance work order needed and inspects the job done.
Records any missing item and discrepancies in the room.
Arranges special cleaning like deep-cleaning, window cleaning etc. of Rooms, Public Areas, when occupancy is low.
Completes and dispatches Housekeeper’s occupancy report at the end of the day.
Helps in inventory stock taking by monthly and prepare time-table for Housekeeping personnel.
Assigns, supervises and assists maids on turn-down of bed in the evening.
Maintains standard of cleanliness in all rooms, public areas, condo, linen room and office.
Supervises the cleaning of Public area during the absence of Supervisor in charge.
Attend F&B meeting in the absence of Assistant Housekeeper and any other meetings as required.
Check all assigned areas at the end of the day making sure all equipment keys and supplies are stored and locked properly.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
SPM / STPM
Proven housekeeping or hospitality experience.
Working knowledge of housekeeping.
Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
The ability to multitask and to stand for extended periods of time.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Effective communication skills both English and Bahasa Melayu.
Willing to work in Putra Nilai.
