Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement & Event Planning

  • Serve as the primary contact for assigned events from initial inquiry through post-event follow-up.

  • Understand client needs, propose suitable event solutions, and guide them through Marriott’s event offerings.

  • Prepare event proposals, contracts, banquet event orders (BEOs), and other documentation in accordance with brand standards.

  • Conduct site inspections and client meetings.

Coordination & Execution

  • Coordinate event logistics with relevant departments (F&B, Kitchen, Front Office, Housekeeping, AV, etc.).

  • Ensure all client requests and expectations are met or exceeded on the day of the event.

  • Attend pre-event meetings and oversee the setup, execution, and breakdown of events.

  • Respond quickly to client needs and resolve any issues during events.

Post-Event & Revenue Management

  • Conduct post-event follow-ups with clients to gather feedback and identify future opportunities.

  • Support the Sales team in converting leads and upselling event services.

  • Ensure accurate billing and timely communication with the finance team.
