~ Responsible of Food & Beverage sections operations ie Chinese Restaurant & Banquet.
~ Report to Food & Beverage Manager on daily operation matters, daily Outlets Sales Report.
~ In charge of monitoring and supervising subordinate of outlet / banquet operation and ensuring the smoothness of service of all banquet functions at the Banquet Hall.
~ Monthly Duty Roster Planning and preparation
~ Check daily stock inventory and update of Outlet monthly inventory
~ Follow up with Sales Team in any event in the club
~ Check with culinary team on menu availability
~ Checklist outlet/banquet/Meeting room condition
~ Minimum Diploma in Hospitality
~ Minimum 2 years working experience in same level.
` Good communication skills.
~ Ability to speak & read Mandarin
