Job Description

Responsible to monitor hotel services provided to guest during shift, especially when if VIP stay in
house, to present an excellent quality of service, Meanwhile handling customer complaints and hotel
emergency special events.

  • Room inspection status and guest’s room assignment.
  • Familiar with the standards of hotel facilities and services provided to them.
  • To be well verse and knowledgeable with the hotel’s daily activities.
  • The execution and implement task assigned by the superior.
  • To serve any VIP when needed and knowledgeable in and hotel products.
  • Assist passengers to check in and check out services.
  • Assist in the daily handover and follow-up of the Front Office when change of shift.
  • Assist the department in managing of manpower arrangement.
  • Assist in supervising various reception services and department operations.
  • To handle and execute guest request
  • Handle guest complaints.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years’ experience in Front Office department and experiences as senior leader position in 4- star city hotel.
  • Willing to work on shift basis, PH, and overnight
  • Have own transport
  • Good stamina to stand for longer hours (during on duty)
  • Professional and positive attitude 
  • Good communication in English, advanced in other international dialect.
