- Handling of clients enquires by phone calls & general email.
- Coordinating internal and external mailings, email blast & tele marketing
- Assisting HOS & Sales Team in the typing & sending of general quotations, contracts, corporate rates & Event Order
- To ensure all confirmation functions are well coordinated. To arrange and communicate with other related operation departments and to liaise with the organizer on latest/last minutes requirements.
- To check the quality of food before & during events for all meals.
- To ensure events requirement all in order before the event start.
- To prepare pro forma invoice & tax invoice. Distribution to client & account department
- Assist on follow up of quotation (cutoff date) & confirmation (Payment mode)
