Job Description

Looking for a designer who thrives in a dynamic, upbeat environment and has a passion for bringing vibrant, playful, and modern designs to life. Create visually stunning graphics that capture the spirit of the Tribute Portfolio brand.

  • Work closely with the marketing and design teams to craft engaging visuals for both digital and print materials, ensuring that all designs reflect Tribute Portfolio standard. 
  • Promote awareness of brand image internally and externally.
  • Developing graphics, illustrations, and other visual elements for various marketing channels. 
  • Producing layouts for both print and digital media, including brochures, posters, website banners, and social media content. 
  • Utilizing design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and other relevant tools. 
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest design trends and incorporating them into their work where appropriate. 
  • Ensuring the accuracy and quality of all design deliverables, including proofreading and reviewing final products. 
  • Use sales techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty.
  • Recognize opportunities to up-sell the customer and sell enhancements to create a better Marriott experience or event.
  • Managing multiple design projects simultaneously, from concept to completion, while adhering to deadlines and budgets. 
  • Effectively communicating design concepts and ideas to various stakeholders. 
  • Follow all company policies and procedures; ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets. 
  • Strong design skills: Proficient in graphic design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques. 
  • Technical skills: Expertise in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
  • Creative thinking: Ability to develop unique and engaging visual concepts.
