Job Description

  • Handle reservation requests through phone, email, and online channels in a courteous and timely manner.
  • Accurately input, update, and manage guest reservations using the hotel’s booking system.
  • Provide guests with clear information regarding room availability, pricing, promotions, and package deals.
  • Process booking modifications, cancellations, and special requests with attention to detail.
  • Coordinate with front office and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Assist in monitoring room inventory and collaborate with revenue or sales teams when needed.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of hotel services, policies, and local area attractions to assist guests effectively.

Job Requirements:

  • Team player with the ability to work independently during shifts.
  • Proficiency in hotel reservation systems (e.g., Opera) and Microsoft Office.
  • Willingness to work only morning and afternoon shifts.
  • Must possess at least a Diploma either in Hospitality / Hotel Management or its equivalent.
  • At least 1-year working experience in a related field would be an added advantage.
  • Must have good communication skills - written and spoken.
