Job Description

Job Purpose

To provide efficient and organized administrative support to the Food & Beverage Department within the hotel, assisting in the smooth coordination of daily operations, purchasing, internal communication and etc. To ensures accurate record-keeping, supports departmental compliance with hotel policies and health regulations, and helps enhance guest satisfaction by enabling the team to focus on delivering high-quality service.

Primary duties and responsibilities

  • Prepare and manage daily correspondence, emails, and internal communications for the F&B Department including perform the administration function of the Kitchen ordering process.
  • Coordinate banquet and event details between the kitchen, service team, and sales departments.
  • Ensure menus, signage, and related materials are updated and printed for outlets or events
  • Maintain staff attendance records, leave requests, training and etc for F&B employees.
  • Keep track of hygiene audits, licenses, and food safety training records.
  • Update and maintain departmental records, reports, and filing systems (manual and digital).
  • Ensure documentation aligns with hotel and local health authority regulations.
  • Ensure F&B and Kitchen deadlines are met, liaise with appropriate F&B and kitchen staff to action tasks.
  • Assist the superiors with tasks including paperwork e.g typing up recipes, new catering items etc.
  • Any others administrative duties as assigned from time to time.

Requirements

  • Preferable Diploma in Hospitality or equivalent 
  • At least 2 to 3 years of relevant experiences in F&B Department
  • Fresh Graduate are welcome
