Senior Technician

Key Accountabilities

1. Ensure high standards of cleanliness are maintained at working area at all time
2. To supervise and ensure Preventive maintenance in guestrooms, corridors and service lift landing being carry out according to schedule.
3. To carry out monthly carpenter stock inventory for ordering
4. To ensure all carpenter items is sufficient to carry out repair work at all time
5. To follow up all on carpenter defects in all guestrooms, corridors and service as reported by other Department
6. To do spot check on staff work quality while carry out Preventive maintenance work defects in all guestrooms, corridors and service
7. To review the performance of the team member (Carpenter) and assist with the monthly training
8. To study and evaluate the operations/procedures and suggest improvement to the Maintenance Officer
9. To carry out monthly service on Kitchen equipment – All stove and Wok area
10. To advice Maintenance Officer if there is any spare parts replacement required for Kitchen equipment
