Responsibilities:

  • Ensures that optimum publicity is created for all major hotel activities.
  • Organizes (both internal and external) Public Relations activities.
  • Prepares and selects all printed literature, sales tools, Hotel give-away in conjunction with the Management.
  • Ensure smooth running operation of the Marketing and Communication Department.
  • Maintains contacts with professional people, members of the press and media and any other persons who are clients or potential clients of the hotel.
  • Responsible for development, creation and maintenance of marketing / publicity / PR collateral's and e-marketing communications programmes.
  • Formulating marketing communications strategies and providing creative suggestions to the team and aligning to the organisation’s business plan.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Mass Communication
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Preferably with some basic design skills and excel with PowerPoint presentation skills
  • Posses strong people management, presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Enjoy presenting, public speaking and with a positive learning attitude
