Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and outgoing Apprentice Programme - Marketing & Sales Associate to support our Sales & Marketing team at a 4-star hotel. This contract role is perfect for fresh graduates or first-job seekers who love interacting with people, enjoy promoting services, and are eager to explore a career in hospitality sales. The role also includes Sales Coordinator responsibilities, offering well-rounded experience in hotel sales operations.

Job Descriptions

• Commitment for 6 to 8 months

• Working days: Monday to Friday, 9.00 AM – 6.00 PM

• Saturday (Half Day): 9.00 AM – 1.00 PM

Sales Coordination Tasks

• Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow-up communication with clients.

• Assist in coordinating client appointments, site visits, and events.

• Handle incoming calls, emails, and enquiries related to sales.

• Maintain and update client records, contracts, and booking logs.

• Support the team with day-to-day administrative and sales-related duties.

Marketing & Sales Activities

• Support the execution of marketing campaigns and hotel promotions.

• Assist in generating new leads and following up with potential clients.

• Help create basic marketing materials and online content.

• Join sales calls, site inspections, and client presentations when required.

• Promote hotel packages and services to walk-in or call-in guests.

Guest & Client Engagement

• Build and maintain good relationships with clients and guests.

• Understand customer needs and suggest suitable packages or services.

• Provide excellent service and timely follow-ups with corporate clients and agents.

Job Requirements

• Malaysian only

• Below 30 years old

• Minimum SPM (Certificate/Results required)

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

• Passionate about sales and customer engagement

• Friendly, confident, and comfortable with making calls and meeting people

• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English

• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, internet browsing)

• Positive attitude, eager to learn, and able to work as part of a team
