Responsibilities:

  • Prepare quotation, proforma invoice, room & function room blocking.
  • Assist in handling calls, emails and messages.
  • Upselling additional services to clients to maximize revenue.
  • Coordinate and implement all operations matters with the sales, marketing & design team
  • Data key-in, filing, recording, etc.

Requirements:

  • Possess Degree/ Diploma or other relevant qualification(s).
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Candidate with working experience is added advantage.
  • Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia & English. Additional languages will be an added advantage.
  • Ability to work well independently as well as within a team.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
  • Good time management, able to manage and oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Dedicated and hardworking with interest in event management and planning.
