Prepare customer invoices & official receipts accurately and in a timely manner.
Monitor and manage accounts receivable aging to ensure timely collection of outstanding payments.
Contact customers regarding overdue payments and resolve payment discrepancies.
Prepare and maintain accurate records of accounts receivable transactions.
Reconcile discrepancies between invoices and payments, investigating and resolving any issues.
Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to address customer inquiries related to billing and payments.
Participate in month-end and year-end closing processes related to accounts receivable.
Assist with financial audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
