Job Description

  • To perform physical monitoring and surveillance exercise at the main lobby area. Also required to observe incoming and outgoing guests, patrons, talents of this hotel on their movements and activities
  • To ensure that the traffic especially in Porte cochre area is controlled and to prevent any unauthorized parking. Also attend immediately and give assistance to guest and patrons in lobby if needed in case of theft or emergency and simultaneously inform duty manage
  • To enforce the rules and regulation of the hotel
  • To represents the management in attending to the Guest’s or Public’s complaint or of any occurrence of an unusual nature. It is imperative that all complaints are handled appropriately and to initiate corrective actions immediately.
  • To make daily rounds through all operating department. This is to increase visibility to guest and talents particularly at night.
  • Must be alert at all time and to record all incidents and inform to Security & Safety Officer, Assistant Security & Safety Manager or Security & Safety Manager.
  • To monitor CCTV and the Fire Alarm Control Panel and report immediately if any unusual situation.
  • To record, verify and clear all various properties, declaration and other relevant forms leaving or entering the hotel premise.
  • To perform any other related duties which may be assigned from time to time by the Safety and Security Manager.
