  • Strong customer service skills and able to maintains highest standard of professionalism and attitude with guest, bookers, group, travel agents and internal room reservation related matters.
  • Processes reservations by mails, telephone, fax or central reservation system with upmost accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ensure prompt and accurate responses to all incoming correspondence pertaining to room reservations,
  • Responsible to follow-up on payment bookings, keep records on reservation traces daily and ensure proper filling for booking correspondences.
  • Adhere to all company credit policies to ensure all revenue expected will be received
  • Performs other duties as and when required.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Good spoken and written communication abilities in Bahasa Malaysia and English, Mandarin is an added advantage
  • Able to work independently and with minimum supervision
  • Pleasant with positive attitude
