Full time Front Office Deparment

Job Description

  • To meet all arriving guests and ensured that their luggage is send up to their room within 5 minutes using the Staff Service Lift. 
  • To process the following Positive Personal Attributes at all times:-
    • To report for duty punctually as stated on the duty roster. 
    • To be immaculately groomed at all times and ensure uniform and shoes are wrinkle free and polished all times. 
    • To maintain good working relationship with all Front Office Associates as well as other departments. 
  • To maintain a detailed record of luggage movement that is being handled during checks in and checks out. Appropriate Luggage tags are also to be used. 
  • To ensure all guests are treated equally and professionally at all times. A warm smile and genuine intention to assist all guest must be practiced and embrace consistently throughout the entire employment with the Hotel. 
  • To be always on the lookout on the general cleanliness of the lobby area.
  • To do paging for all guests at Lobby Level only. 
  • To ensure that all luggage or items stored at the Luggage Storage room are accurately recorded in the Storage Record book and items tagged.
