Job Description

1. Supervises, trains and participates in the activities of Room Maids, Public Area,

Fitness Centre Attendant, Linen Attendant and Landscape Attendant engaged in

cleaning and arranging apartments, hallways and service areas.

2. Assigns duties to Room Maids and inspects rooms to ensure prescribed standards of

cleanliness are met.

3. Attends to complaints and requests on apartments and service and takes corrective

actions.

4. Inspects areas using prescribed checklists to ensure that cleaning is adequate, supplies

in apartments are per standard, and any need for immediate repairs are reported.

5. Ensures that there is an adequate storage of supplies for each assigned floor.

6. Prepares Supervisor’s reports, completes requisition forms and work maintenance

orders. Records daily activities and events (eg. tenants’ complaints) in logbook.

7. Collects Room Maids reports and keys for return to the office.

8. Reports and hands over any items left by tenants to Housekeeping Office.

9. Assists the Linen/Uniform Attendants and Executive as and when required.

10. Performs duties of other Supervisors in their absence.
