Job Description

Learning cum Quality Officer supports the learning activities and assist in planning, preparing and conducting the functions of the Human Capital Department. Monitoring and ensuring that all aspects of the hotel's operations meet established quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinating with trainers and facilitators to confirm arrangements, dates, classroom and materials requirements, instructor assignments, and other logistics and resolving conflicts related to any of these items.
  • Coordinating with local and foreign universities about internship programmes.
  • Maintains a comprehensive documentation system in the department.
  • Conduct regular quality audits in alignment with the company's established quality standards.
  • Coordinates and encourages participations in continuous associates’ relations initiatives.
  • Provides value-added support to fellow associates regarding operations of the department at any time required.
  • Maintains the position of a desirable workplace through ongoing upkeep of associates facilities and communication channels.

Requirements

  • 1 or 2 years of working experience in similar capacity in hospitality industry will be an added advantage
  • Pleasant personality
  • Good interpersonal skill and team-oriented person
  • Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally
  • Must have the right to work in Malaysia
