JOB DESCRIPTIONS:   1. To obtain and coordinate all products and purchase specification from the various heads of department and to maintain files for reference. 2. To contact suppliers or conduct interview with the suppliers representatives to obtain information, specifications and quotations on any item required by various department. 3. To ensure that the Hotel expenses are minimized through the use of effective purchasing and by obtaining the most competitive prices for goods and service. To achieve this by continuous market surveys, obtaining competitive quotations and aggressively negotiating in order to reap the maximum price benefits of purchasing power. 4. To issue Purchase Order for all goods and services once the Purchase Order has been approved by the Finance Manager and General Manager. 5.
