The role of the Duty Manager is to ensure that the requests and needs of all guests are accommodated. To be responsive to the instructions of the Rooms Division Manager.   The Duty Manager will be responsible for the smooth operation of the Front Office department during shift, acting as the management representative for the Hotel to ensure complete guest and patron satisfaction.  This manager will assist the Rooms Division Manager with all aspects of departmental operations, making business decisions for the unit in the absence of thereof, taking into account the Hotel’s philosophies, standards and procedures.  The Duty Manager will ensure that ambassadors act at all times in a courteous, safe and efficient manner, in accordance with the hotel’s policies and procedures, ensuring that a high level of service is maintained.

To provide professional, efficient and responsible bar service as required on standards & procedures by utilizing technical and social skills and brand standard to enhance customer satisfaction. To organize the Food & Beverage function within the hotel in order to maintain high standards of food and beverage quality, service, and merchandising to maximize profits.  Focus to be on driving revenue to achieve set budgets, marketing & promotions, setting and maintaining high service standards and positioning the resort and a premier F&B venue. The Executive Housekeeper is responsible for the smooth co-ordination and supervision of the entire Housekeeping department, which includes rooms and designated public area. The Executive Housekeeper makes business decisions for the unit, taking into account the Resort’s philosophies, policies, standards and procedures and is responsible for both the day to day running and longer-term strategic development of the Department.
