Make periodic rounds to all area to support equipment and maintains operating log of conditions observed. Identify, locate and operate all shut-off valves for equipment and all utility shut-offs for building. Provide prompt, courteous and efficient engineering service. Effectively handle guest concerns. Take work orders promptly. Monitor all equipment are in good running condition and report status if found defective and recommend necessary solution for the problem. Test, troubleshoot and perform repair on all types of equipment. Provide consistent quality of food/pastry and service to Internal and External customers. Follow and ensure compliance with recipes, cooking procedures and use records to ensure food is tasty, well presented, fresh, correct portioned and safe. When working on a food station or in direct contact with the guests, Hygiene, Smiling and Service Attitude have to be at the top level. Set up stations and prepare mise en place as instructed by Supervisor, following daily production charts according to business demands.

Issues invoices and performs collection.  Correctly record accounts receivable and collection for each customer and monitor the balance of each account. An invoice should be issued immediately after the sales transaction takes place. Verifies that vendor invoices are attached to approved purchase order or the corresponding order form and stamped as inspected. Also verifies that invoice amounts are correct. Before requesting authorizing signatures for payment approval, stamp invoices and all supporting documentation as "PAID". Maintain company ledgers and daily financial transactions. Create financial documents such as bills, invoices, pay-orders, payables, receivables and purchase orders. Identify discrepancies in ledgers and accounts, tracking them to the source and correcting them. Maintain the entrance, main door area clean and tidy, free of obstacles and ensuring the traffic through the driveway is controlled. Adhere to guest contact standard at all time. Provide complete knowledgeable with the service offered by the hotel, how and where these facilities could be obtained in order to give accurate information to guests. Assist guests in and out of taxis and other vehicles and remove baggage from vehicles enabling the associates to escort guests, with baggage to the front desk for check-in. Record all out-going taxi transfers into Concierge Taxi Log. Call taxis for guests as required and do the best to ensure the guests are not overcharged by taxis by either negotiating with the taxi driver himself or by cautioning the guest to be on the alert.
