1) Will be reporting directly to Sous Chef.
2) Responsible to prepare inter kitchen transfer, breakfast closing food transfer and daily market list.
3) Control staff rosters, annual leave and overtime records.
4) Ensure the quality of the food items and notify manager immediately if a product does not meet specifications.
5) Follow strict sanitation practices in the kitchen at all times.
6) Check function sheets and see it all food items for banquet and special function are prepared on time and meet quality standard.
