Duties & Responsibilities: 1. Provide Efficient Service to Customers. To have thorough knowledge of all menu items and service procedure. Perform table setting in accordance with established standard. Ensure silverware, chinaware is polished and linen is in good condition. Perform mise-en-place before service. Welcoming, greet and direct customer to the designated table. Promote special promotion food & beverages to customer. Take food and beverage order from customers/guests politely and record down in orderly manner on the captain order. Deliver the captain order to bar and kitchen, follow up within the preparation time. Serve the customers/guests with the prepared foods and beverages. Handle any minor complaint and forward major complaint to immediate superior for further action. Ensure all customers/guests are being served accordingly and timely. Clear the used plate and refill drinking water from time to time when needed....

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES : GOLF ASSISTANT 1.   Get Everything ready to ensure smooth operation. Smile and greet golfers. Arrange buggies for daily use. Arrange Golf Bag on buggy. Wash and clean buggy after used. Charge buggy. C heck and clean golfers equipment after game. Assist changing buggy when breakdown in golf course. Inform Security if buggy breakdown and immovable in golf course.   Fill up form to Security. Assist in whatever necessary. Any other tasks related to golfing to be assigned from time to time and subject to change. Operates, maintains and repairs the Electrical system, Fire Fighting system, PABX & telephone system, Standby generator, Hot Water system and similar system to provide desired comfort level to guests and reliable sources of utilities for proper Resort operation.  Regularly performs and supervises other in planned maintenance including monitoring, servicing, repairing, cleaning, checking of fire extinguishers. Also maintains in operating condition fire fighting equipment and monitors conditions affecting building security or causing potential fire hazards.  Maintains and prepares proper procedure manuals of planned maintenance systems and work schedules for all areas of work under his jurisdiction.
