THIS POSITION EXISTS TO BE RESPONSIBLE FOR, BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE PATROLLING OF THE ENTIRE HOTEL AND ITS PREMISES. THIS POSITION EXISTS TO REPORT TO THE SAFETY & SECURITY MANAGER AND HIS / HER AUTHORISED DELEGATES THE CONDITION OF THE HOTEL’S FIRE SAFETY EQUIPMENT, OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY & HEALTH OF THE HOTEL AND ITS EMPLOYEES, ITS GUESTS, ITS VISITORS, CONTRACTORS.

To provide a high standard of cleanliness in all public areas of the Hotel, adhering to set timeframes and to the required quality and standard. To deliver servicing of bedrooms and support with laundry duties whenever necessary. function including blinds, curtains, bed covers, duvets, carpets, furniture.

To assist & support operation department such as F&B, Housekeeping, Front Office, Kitchen and so on

Accommodates guests of hotel by greeting, performing guest transactions, answering the telephone, operating necessary front office equipment, etc. to ensure high-quality guest relation.
